Functional characteristics of power quality online monitoring device

The power quality on-line monitoring device not only has the routine detection of power quality steady-state indicators, but also monitors and records the transient disturbance of power quality, mainly the voltage surge and sag, which has strong applicability. It is a high-end power quality data acquisition, analysis, storage and transmission online monitoring device to meet the intelligent demand.

It has the following functional features

1. The reinforced aluminum alloy unit case is designed to resist strong vibration and interference, especially suitable for harsh environment, and can be installed on the cabinet for operation.

2. The 32-bit high-performance cortex-a8 + DSP dual core processor is equipped with large capacity ram to ensure fast and reliable digital signal processing and logic processing capabilities.

3.16-bit high-precision ADC, 1024 sampling points per cycle, with high measurement accuracy and high speed.

4. Over limit alarm function, upper and lower limit parameters can be configured.

The historical data recorded can be statistically analyzed, and the record icons of each parameter can be viewed, including: historical statistical data, three-phase voltage effective value, three-phase current effective value, three-phase voltage imbalance, each harmonic voltage content, power factor value, and frequency and flicker value.

7. It has network interface and dual RS-485 communication interface, which is economical and convenient for networking, and can directly communicate with monitoring host or networking. Upload the real-time power quality analysis data according to the requirements of the master station, and the power quality analysis data within the specified time period;

8. The LCD screen adopts 640 × 480 TFT true color LCD, which can display the power quality parameters of three-phase voltage and current as well as various system parameters in real time, as well as the real-time waveform and phase vector diagram of voltage and current.

9. The device has two remote signal inputs and two remote control outputs at the same time, which can support remote control selection, execution and other operations.

10. SNTP synchronous timing and B-code timing function.
